Dominik Mysterio turned on his father, Rey Mysterio, during the WWE Clash At The Castle UK premium live event.

During the show, Rey Mysterio teamed with Edge to defeat Damian Priest and Finn Balor of the Judgment Day.

On several occasions during the bout, Dominik interfered to give Rey and Edge the upper-hand against Finn Balor.

Dominik’s help lured fans into a false sense of security, as following the match, the Mysterio cut celebrations short by kicking Edge in the balls. When Rey asked Dominik why he did so, Dominik dropped Rey with a brutal clothesline.

After Dominik left, Rey and Edge regrouped in the ring, hugging it out.

The Mysterio split has been teased for months, with Dominik recently taking issue with Rey’s decision to team with Edge over him at Clash At The Castle.
