Mickie James made a major announcement about the future of her in-ring wrestling career on tonight’s edition of IMPACT wrestling.

After previously just casually dropping the word ‘retirement’ on fans in a Tweet, the future status for Mickie James in the ring had seemed a bit up in the air.

However, Mickie James took to the mic tonight on IMPACT Wrestling to make a major announcement.

While James acknowledged her career past, she remained focused on the future as Mickie James revealed that she was not yet retiring.

In fact, she says it is just the beginning of her “last rodeo” where she hopes to test herself to prove that she is the best.

Mickie said that she wasn’t going to expect an IMPACT Knockouts Championship match to be handed to her, instead she planned on earning it.

She didn’t promise it would be a short last ride but did take note that it was her last rodeo.

Elsewhere on tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling, from the Knockouts Division, Masha Slamovich vs. Deonna Purrazzo.

Also, an IMPACT Tag Team Championship match with champions The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) taking on OGK (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett).
