The Cooldown Manager will now correctly display the duration of crowd control spells at all times, even when diminishing returns or mechanic reductions (like orc stun reduction) are factors.
Druid
Bloom will now correctly heal the target.
Fixed a bug where the tooltip of Bear Form claimed an incorrect health value increase. The functionality was correct, but the wrong value was reported.
The tooltip for Ravage reported an incorrect value for its damage, and the tooltip has been corrected. There was no change made to damage done.
Fixed the tooltip for Swiftmend to no longer incorrectly mention consuming the effect.
Mage
Fixed an issue where Mages were still learning the Research spell and then losing it upon relogging. This spell should not exist, and you should only have the Study spell after completing the relevant quest.

Items
Searing Dagger is now only activated by spells that have a damaging component.
Professions
Leatherworking
Tanning Rack skill requirement lowered to 125 (was 140). This prevents it from being an obstacle to crafting various Leatherworking patterns that require 125 skill. Tanning Rack skill-ups lowered by 15 skill points to account for this.
Quests
Resolved an issue with the quest “Vorsha the Lasher” rudely lashing everyone in the zone.
Brewed a fresh pot of Darnassus’s finest coffee for Kerlonian Evershade so he falls asleep less often during “The Sleeper Has Awakened”. Players now also start with the Horn of Awakening item to wake him up when needed.
The quest “Rough Wolf Pelts” is now automatically cancelled if you unlearn the Skinning skill.
Resolved an issue with “Rediscovering the Light” where players were sometimes unable to heal NPCs.
Fixed an issue during the quest “Ammo for Rumbleshot” where players could not see loot if interacting immediately following another player.
Resolved an issue where some quest item drops in Riverglades were not shared by players in a party.
“Never Saddle on Quality” spawns and quest item drops should now be more plentiful.
The Abomimable Head dropped from The Baron in the Ruins of Lordaeron dungeon will now properly offer the quest “Unending Torment” for Horde players at level 15 (was level 16).
Damp Note drop rate increased. Eww.

Fixes an issue where some Warlock pet abilities were benefitting too much from the Orc Command racial ability.

Deployed some improvements to the visibility of other players and their targets across relatively large distances.
Thunder Bluff – Fixed an issue where the Barbershop was darker than intended. We moooved the lights around.
Now that players around the world are leveling up in WoW: Forever, we’ve identified a few class issues that we feel need some immediate changes. Today, we’re still investigating these issues and working through them with a plan to release hotfixes on Tuesday, November 10 to address:
We’ve seen that Hunter pets and Warlock Voidwalkers are not as durable as tanks as we would like them to be. Our intent is for their effectiveness to be relatively the same as in Classic Era. We will adjust their stats as necessary to accomplish this.
Affliction Warlock reports indicate that always channeling Wrack is superior to also casting damage-over-time abilities like Siphon Life, Corruption, and Bane of Agony. We will make adjustments to make sure those are always worthwhile to cast combined with Wrack, without affecting Affliction Warlocks’ total damage output.
Enhancement Shamans are finding that Intellect and Spellpower are superior stats compared to Strength and Attack Power. We plan to make changes so that Strength is always their strongest stat, and Enhancement Shamans will not prefer gear intended for Mages and Warlocks. Ideally, Enhancement’s best items have Strength or Attack Power, along with some Intellect and/or Spell Power.
Please note: Enhancement Shaman players who are leveling up will want to collect Strength and Attack Power gear from now on.
We may find new issues over the weekend, and we will keep you updated. Our plan is to make class balance changes on Tuesday, and then on future Tuesdays if necessary. Thank you very much for your feedback!
With the upcoming WoW: Forever update, we wanted to breathe new life into classic world exploration. The new Camping system allows Cooking to become an organic gathering point for groups and travelers alike.
Every profession brings unique utility to the camp: from Blacksmithing sharpening wheels to Alchemical mana wells. We’ll be closely monitoring early leveling feedback in starting zones throughout the PTR phase.
Azeroth has a new home, and the adventure is just getting started! This week in WoW Weekly, discover that World of Warcraft: Forever is now live, join ongoing conversations on Discord in and out of the game, explore another way to play with gamepad support, and more.
We will be performing scheduled realm maintenance on Tuesday starting at 07:00 CET. During this window, we are deploying server infrastructure optimizations for Nordic and European realms to ensure peak latency during prime raiding hours.
Estimated downtime is approximately 2 hours. Thank you for your patience!
In this thread, we will discuss issues that the WoW Forever team have determined to be notable, impactful, and already tracked with plans to fix in the future. This is not a comprehensive list of issues, and it will be updated regularly.
Known Issues
Dungeons
In Razorfen Kraul, there’s a cauldron near Roogug that players can fall into and get stuck.
Gamepad
An error may be generated when attempting to delete more than 1 rare or epic item.
Instructions for the push-to-talk keyboard button may be unintentionally displayed when joining a voice channel.
NPCs
PvP Vendors are temporarily unavailable in all locations (Orgrimmar, Stormwind, and Dalaran).
Stormwind guards incorrectly direct players to Fyrenz Stagazer for Transmogrification. The correct name of the NPC is Fyrenz Vishonar.
Quests
“Vorsha the Lasher” in Ashenvale has been disabled until a bug causing a crash can be fixed.
User Interface
Bank pages are displaying in pages, causing the tabs to be listed outside the frame.
World
The entrance of Stormwind Keep may not look as intended, including unintended flashing textures.
Please read this before posting in this forum. What follows are guidelines for how this forum should and shouldn’t be used.
WoW Forever Bug Report Forum Guidelines:
Please do not post off-topic banter or discussions.
The purpose of this forum is to report bugs which our Quality Assurance team may review, reproduce, and work to fix. Unproductive conjecture or discourse distracts our analysts from finding and reproducing bugs.
Topics or replies that are not focused on reporting bugs or providing steps or other evidence to reproduce the issue will be removed.
Please provide clear steps to reproduce your issue.
If possible, please provide links to videos, screenshots, or some other explanatory details. This saves a great deal of time.
Please do not ask for a Blizzard/Blue response in your posts.
Not getting a Blizzard/Blue reply does not mean that your issue is or is not a bug, and it does not mean that your post has been ignored. We read every single post in this forum. We cannot reply to all (or even most) threads.
Please keep these guidelines in mind before making a post in this forum. We intend to strictly remove unproductive posts.
How to Report Bugs:
Start with a brief summary of the issue you are reporting. Try to keep this to one sentence if possible.
Provide detailed, numbered steps listing out the actions required to reproduce the issue you encountered.
Provide a conclusion at the end highlighting the expected behavior as well as the incorrect or bugged behavior.
It’s also always a good idea to include the full name of your character and the ruleset you were playing on when you encountered the issue.
Our goal is to make this forum a valuable resource for players to use to report bugs and help us squash as many bugs as we can. Thank you very much for your reports!
