Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the first phase of the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC) in Dwarka today. The project, also known as ‘Yashobhoomi’, is a state-of-the-art convention and expo centre that will be one of the world’s largest MICE destinations. It covers an area of over 8.9 lakh square metres and has a cost of Rs 5400 crore. The Prime Minister, who is celebrating his 73rd birthday today, will launch the PM Vishwakarma scheme at IICC.
