LazzieChat is a useful feature for Lazada especially for fast-moving consumer goods categories such as fashion and beauty–which are among the top-selling items in the platform. It combines the AI technologies of Lazada and Azure OpenAI to help understand and respond to queries in a natural manner and suggest relevant products or topics that may interest the user. The AI chatbot can also search for product descriptions and link products available in Lazada to give customers a hassle-free and convenient shopping experience.
